Who We Are

OLIVIA JONES, MS CCC SLP
Founder & Co-Owner, Speech Language Pathologist, Certified Endoscopist
Olivia Jones, MS, CCC-SLP, is a highly experienced speech-language pathologist with a background in hospitals, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings, specializing in traumatic brain injuries and swallowing disorders for both adults and children. She also has expertise in pediatric and adolescent therapy and public school settings. Olivia is specially trained in Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
She holds a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders from Texas State University and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Midwestern University. Olivia maintains her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking with her family, traveling, and playing the cello.

LAUREN HATCHETT, MS CCC SLP
Co-Owner, Speech Language Pathologist,
Certified Endoscopist
Lauren Hatchett, MS, CCC-SLP, is a highly experienced ASHA licensed speech-language pathologist with substantial experience working in the acute hospital, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing/long term care, and outpatient settings. She specializes in neuro diagnostics and rehab, head and neck cancer, swallowing disorders and pediatric early intervention. Lauren is specially trained in Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
She holds a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater. Lauren maintains her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois. She is an active member of the UWW COMDIS Advisory Board as well as the WISHA planning committee.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading novels, traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Administrative Assistant/Billing Specialist
Liz is the backbone of our office, handling all your insurance and billing needs with precision and care. With years of experience, she ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you receive the support you need. Outside of work, Liz enjoys quality time with her grandkids, always finding joy in family moments. Her dedication and warm, approachable nature make her an invaluable part of our team.
KYLE
Chief Technology Offier
Kyle is our Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all IT needs and ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technology, he’s always on top of the latest trends and solutions to keep our operations running seamlessly. Outside of his work, Kyle enjoys rowing, leading cub scouts, and spending quality time with his family, always finding balance between his professional and personal passions. His dedication to both technology and community makes him an invaluable part of our team.


LOUISA
Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow
Louisa is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP), bringing experience to her practice. Throughout her academic journey at Northern Illinois University, she gained valuable clinical exposure working as a Patient Care Technician in acute care settings. Her graduate studies culminated in a Master of Arts degree with a specialization in Speech-Language Pathology.
Louisa's diverse professional training and background includes acute care, acute inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient head and neck cancer clinics, outpatient pediatric centers, long-term care facilities, and public schools. This comprehensive experience has equipped her with the skills to address a wide range of patient needs across the lifespan, including swallowing disorders, voice disorders, and communication impairments.
Currently holding a temporary license in Wisconsin, Louisa is actively working towards obtaining her Certificate of Clinical Competence by June 2025. She currently assists on an as-needed basis, ensuring personalized care for all.
When not immersed in her professional pursuits, Louisa enjoys quality time with her husband and beloved dog, Marley. She is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle, including weightlifting and trying new physical activities.
RACHEL
Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist
Rachel is a compassionate and skilled bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages in their communication development. With expertise in early intervention, speech production, articulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), She assists on an as-needed basis, ensuring personalized care for all. Outside of her professional role, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and traveling, always eager to explore new places and experiences.

BAILEY
Speech Language Pathologist
Bailey is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist who received her master's degree at the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater and bachelor's degree at Elmhurst University. Bailey has experience working in schools and private practice settings with children ages 2 through 14. She loves to help build speech and language skills across all ages, with a special interest in helping early communicators and AAC users find their voice. When Bailey is not at work, she enjoys spending time outside with her dog, Chai (last name Latte).
JAMIE
Speech Language Pathologist
Jamie is a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist, dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages in their communication development. With expertise in adult aphasia rehabilitation, cognition, swallowing/dysphagia, as well as pediatric speech production and language, she offers personalized care that is tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.Outside of her professional role, Jamie enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing volleyball, and exploring new destinations. She’s always excited to experience different cultures and environments, and cherishes moments with her husband and dog.
